giant jenga

When I say I have a giant Jenga set, I mean I have a GIANT Jenga set!  I spent days sanding each one of these 4x4s!  This is such a blast to play but I'll be honest-you have to be careful!  The first time we played it I spent the whole time saying "Please don't sue me.  Please don't sue me!"  I was so scared these would fall on someone.  But thankfully everyone who has played it so far has been super careful.  It's a blast to play!

giant twister

A few years ago I threw my good friend a 37th birthday party. She had been to my son's party that year and we were joking that it would so fun to do a kids party but for adults! Well-that was my "idea" and I couldn't get it out of my head until I accomplished it. I spent about a month planning and creating a birthday party just for her including this giant Twister game!  Everything's more fun when it's giant-sized. If you're local and would like to rent this for an event, contact me.  If you'd like me to make you one of your own, I can do that too!  Cause you'll always find reasons to use it!

baby's first year photo mat-square

Because everything is cuter is a square shape! After creating my first Baby's First Year photo mat, I just had to recreate it with all the pictures as squares! I love it even more than the 12x16 mat!
After I created my Through the Years photo mat, someone suggested I make a Baby's First Year mat. So I did! Many of us like to chronicle our babies as they grow and change each month of their first year. Here's a mat to help you display their whole first year. This is the perfect thing for a baby shower gift! Fits a 12x12 frame. Frame is not included.

Can be made with either the newborn or the one year photo in the center.  Also can be personalized with your child's name in the center instead of the age.

through the years photo mat

This is one of my favorite things I've created. My parents had photo mats of our school pictures hanging in their home for years. My husband has always commented that he loved them-he loved being able to see the kids grow all in one place. One year for Christmas I decided to give him mats for our kids' school pictures but everywhere I searched, I didn't love anything I found. Then I had an a-ha moment-one of my 'grand ideas!' I could just create my own! And I did. I love these and am so happy with the way they turned out. I have even made and sold these as a fundraiser for a local school. If you'd be interested in doing the same for your school, please contact me.
These would make a great graduation gift for the mom who can't stop sobbing as her baby leaves the nest--at least that's how I'll be when it's my turn! Fits a 12x16 frame. Frame not included

Can be personalized with your child's name.

gaston shirts

As I watched all the engaging previews for Beauty and the Beast and my excitement to watch it grew, my wheels started spinning. Homemade shirts are super popular but what kind of shirt would a man like to wear-to the movie, to Disney World, or just around town? I thought something clever and quippy would be most fun. Hence: my Gaston shirts. They can be made with or without the Gaston caricature--I can't decide which I like best!

word art

My oldest-who is also the most spiritual member of our family-saw something like this online once and commented how much she loved it.  Of course I had to drop everything make her one of her very own.  She has this hanging in her room.

human corgis

My good friend recently had a birthday.  A big birthday.  One that ended with a 0.  I don't usually give my friends birthday gifts but this one was kind of a big deal so I got my creative juices flowing.  She always calls her family the corgis of humans-long torsos and short legs.  After a few different designs, I settled on this simple yet adorable design to represent her husband, herself, and her adorable twin boys.  Because I rarely give gifts anymore, it makes it so much more thoughtful, fun and exciting to give one when I decide to.  I had such a good time thinking about my friend and what she would like.

luck o' the irish

I love St. Patrick's Day.  I have loved it my whole life-long before it became Pinterest-y and popular.  I always try to make sure my kiddos have something green to wear for St. Patty's day each year.  My oldest had grown out of last year's shirt so lucky for me, I got to design and make her a new one!

souvenir

We were lucky enough to have my sister and my niece visit us recently.  As we went around town and they got to experience our life here, my niece kept looking for a souvenir to take home to remember her visit.  She couldn't seem to make up her mind so I said...I could make you a shirt as a souvenir???  She was all smiles!  I whipped this up about an hour before they left for the airport.

pikachu...I choose you!

My 8 year old has been obsessed with Pokemon!  He has chosen Pikachu as his spirit Pokemon so a shirt with his favorite was his birhday shirt this year.

bathroom decor

My bathroom hasn't had any decor...ever.  We recently painted our interiors and I made this sign for over the bathtub.

rudolph

I was talking with my sister one day before Christmas and she casually mentioned that she wanted a shirt with a reindeer. for a holiday party.  I passed the remark off because I was up to my eyeballs with my long list of holiday crafting and baking.  But as I've said before, don't give me an idea.  The idea kept me up at night until I researched designs, headed to Target in the morning for a shirt, and got the shirt made and sent.  Just can't let it go sometimes. :)

han solo's ride

I made this for my youngest and it's one of my favorite shirts I've ever made!

pokemon hunter

While trick or treating I had to chase after a Squirtle and a Pikachu.  I decided I needed a costume of my own...this was it.

pillow covers

Holiday pillow covers for some of my favorite friends.

harry potter fan

My oldest, and biggest Harry Potter fan, got to spend her 10th birthday at Universal Studios so of course she needed a shirt to let everyone know about her special day.

Disclaimer: I was too excited to get everthing posted to iron my shirts or edit my photos so that the front and back appear to be the same color.

my little tennis player

My oldest is following in her father's footsteps and has become quite a little tennis player. This vinyl is silver so somewhat shimmery--and the shirt was wrinkled and I didn't take time to iron it!!  So that's why all the color changes in the text.

family reunion-girl cousins

We had an acutal family reunion a couple of years ago.  I decided all of the cousins needed matching shirts since we were celebrating the 4th of July together.  These were the shirts for the girl cousins.  The white stars were glitter vinyl.

The back of the shirt was glitter as well.

last day of school

Almost every year we host a last day of school party for some of our friends.  For me, it wouldn't be complete without t-shirts for my kiddos!

can you see me now?

For our recent visit to Universal Studios I made this for my middle child.  The cloak glows in the dark.

for my aspiring golfer

I often make shirts just because I get an idea.  This was one of those times.  My little aspiring golfer needed a fun shirt.  This one glows in the dark!

Christmas tees

I love my kids wearing shirts for any holiday!  I made these for my boys for a recent Christmas.

family reunion-boy cousins

My family planned an actual family reunion a couple of years ago.  We usually just get together for dinner or a picnic or something but this was official.  I got one of my grand ideas that, since we were going to be together over the 4th of July, all of the cousins needed t-shirts!  Matching t-shirts, of course.

not on a disney cruise

For my little one's 4th birthday we were supposed to be on a Disney cruise--so a Mickey birthday shirt for him!  Due to health issues we weren't able to go on the cruise, but Mickey is still fun while on land.

pokemon fans

My whole family has been loving playing Pokemon Go together!  So when the boys' birthdays came around, they wanted pokemon birthday shirts.  Okay!

quidditch seeker

My husband and I fell in love while reading Harry Potter books.  Every since then Harry and his friends have been a huge part of our lives!  We have been so excited about the illustrated versions because they are easier to read to my little boys and keep them listening.  We went to Universal Studios for the first time recently and this was my 4 year old's shirt for the park!

how to train your dragon

The first time we went to Disneyworld with the kids, my son was a huge fan of How to Train Your Dragon.  So a Hiccup and Toothless shirt was in order!

food journal

Last summer I decided my picky eaters needed to learn to eat more foods!  I shipped up these food journals for them to take along with them when we ate out.  It made trying new things more exciting for them so they could document it in their journals.
